Between some other things I'm doing some training stuff to our employee.
Now I would like to reinforce the somelier position, so I should all kind of valuable informations regarding this issue . I've been searching and surfing the internet too, yet I feel like I didn't find yet what I was looking for.I'm intending to do a trainig to our waiters in this way, since I noticed that there is a big lack of knoweledge in this way
